Authentic Assessment

Now that you know more about Literacy Work Stations, you and your group will work together to devise a plan on implementing LWS into a classroom.

1. Join a group of teachers who teach the same grade level as you. Please only have 3-4 group members. If there is an uneven number, see presenter.
2. Use webspiration to brainstorm eight to ten worksations. Transfer this document to this PowerPoint to share with the class (see the tutorial for making a screencast.
3. With your group, create a PowerPoint presentation sharing the 8 - 10 stations you might include in your classroom. Include an "I Can" list. Please see the rubric for the requirements that must be included.
4. Upload your PowerPoint onto Google Docs.

We will be sharing this PowerPoint at the end of the day, so please work deligently and stay on task! I encourage you to work together to complete this task!
